Tennis Ladders

OUT4TENNIS is currently establishing a series of tennis ladders.

Leinster Ladder

The Leinster Tennis Ladders are open to men and women to keep in touch between tournaments as well as an opportunity for new players to join the network. If you are new to OUT4TENNIS, e-mail us with your standard of play and we will be happy to suggest players to challenge.

Once you register, please familiarise yourself with the ‘rules’ of the ladder after you log-in. In particular, while you have 21 days to play a challenge, aim to play your challenge as quickly as possible so that you and your opponent can move onto your next challenge. Also, if you are going away on holidays or are injured, please change your status to ‘at rest’ on the ladder. Enjoy your matches.

Leinster Womens Squash Ladder

ABOUT US
The idea of establishing a squash group came about when Frank Kelly and Gráinne O’Hare met at the EuroGames in Antwerp in July, 2007. Frank had been running OUT4TENNIS for over two years while Gráinne had brought together a group of women squash players in and around Dublin.

The women’s group was launched in November 2007. The intention is to establish a men’s squash network once there are sufficient numbers. In the spirit of inclusion, the squash network is open to all irrespective of gender or orientation.

Our ethos is to welcome players from all standards from ‘Premier’ to Class 5 and particularly ‘social’ players.

Currently, the women meet at meet at several venues around Dublin and also organise regular social events:

WHERE TO PLAY
For those who not members of a squash club (and that is the majority of us!), then, there are squash courts at DCU/UCD/De LaSalle Churchtown are all current venues.

The cost of each session is typically in the region of €4 to €5 depending on
the number of players.

THE LADDER
Add your name to the squash ladder from the link. Please observe the ‘rules’ of the ‘Ladder’, so that it runs efficiently both for you and the other members. Once registered, you can then challenge other players above you on the Ladder.

Munster Ladder

We have a number of players in Cork, Waterford, and Tipperary. If you are based in Munster, e-mail us and we will assess the feasibility of establishing a Munster ladder.

Ulster Ladder

We have players based in Belfast. If you live within easy access of Belfast,
e-mail us and we’ll investigate the feasibility of establishing an Ulster ladder.

Connaught Ladder

Mayo-based players are keen to establish a Connaught ladder for players in the West. If you live in the West,e-mail us and we will put you in touch.
